Membership Application Process
The membership is on a calendar basis, from 1st January to 31st December.

Before apply for the new membership, you can check if you are currently an APSCE member in the list below.
To complete the application process, please follow below steps:
1. Pay the membership fee and get the receipt
1.1. Pay and get the PayPal receipt (If you are from Taiwan please pay via ATM transfer):

1.2. Pay via ATM transfer and get the banknote as receipt (Taiwan only):

Please transfer to this bank account the equivalent amount (get the rate at https://rate.bot.com.tw/xrt?Lang=en-US ) and use the bank note as the receipt.
2. Then please follow the instruction to submit application here: https://apsce.net/instructions/submitting-application
2.1. If your online account is not available, you can Request an online account https://apsce.net/request-apsce-account
Please note your application is only completed after your membership fee is received.
After your payment is received, you may request a receipt of your membership payment from us.
